Jayde Spa is a private residents-only spa and priority access is always given to our residents. Every month a number of public access passes are available to purchase in order for non-residents to also use the spa.

Please bring suitable swimwear for use in the spa and thermal facilities, should you wish to use Jayde Spa Gym, please bring suitable gym kit and trainers. 

Upon your arrival, you'll find a soft robe, rubber flip flops and a hand and bath towel awaiting you, along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and hairdryers available in the changing rooms. We advise leaving your jewellery and valuable items at home, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to such belongings. 

You will have access to your personal locker throughout your time at Jayde Spa.

Complimentary infused water is also available.

Please make yourself known at the Jayde Spa reception at least 15 minutes before your treatment appointment.

We will go through our sign in process with you to ensure all our details are up-to-date and correct and you will then be offered an orientation of Jayde Spa.

The minimum age requirement for the public to enter Jayde Spa is 18. Unfortunately, anyone under 18 will not be allowed to access the facilities unless you are a Legacie resident.
