How to book
Join us to celebrate Mother’s Day at Jayde Spa. Enjoy a 2 hour spa session with use of the pool, sauna and steam rooms. Plus, take home a complimentary Jayde Spa tote bag as a keepsake of your relaxing retreat. The Mother’s Day Spa Session also includes a £10 ESPA voucher to be redeemed against ESPA Winter collection purchases in our spa on the day of your visit.

ARRIVAL
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your Spa session time, allowing you to start relaxing as soon as possible.
*£10 ESPA GIFT VOUCHER
Your gift voucher will be included in your pack on arriving at reception. The voucher can be redeemed on the day of your visit towards any ESPA Winter collection products; minimum £50 spend required to qualify for the £10 voucher.
WHAT TO WEAR
Towels and robes are provided for use during your visit. Slippers are given as a complimentary gift for your use and to take home. Please bring your swimwear for use in the spa pool area.
SPA ETIQUETTE
The Spa is designed to be a calm, quiet and relaxing environment and for this reason we ask that you respect other spa users by speaking quietly whilst in our relaxation areas. We kindly request that all guests use silent mode on mobile phones and refrain from taking calls. Filming and photography are not permitted in the changing areas. Smoking and use of electronic smoking devices are not permitted within any of the spa areas.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow 48 hours’ notice to cancel a Spa package to avoid a 100% charge. Refunds will only be given for sessions cancelled made more than 48 hours in advance or, if cancelled by the Spa. Late cancellation and failure to arrive will result in a 100% charge.
VALUABLES
Lockers are provided for your individual use; however, we recommend that you do not bring valuables into The Spa. The Spa does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal items.
The management reserves the right to close any area of The Spa without prior notice for essential maintenance.
