The nature of our business and the provision by us of sessions to you means that we will collect and process certain of your personal data from time to time. We will only do so in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may contact you using any of the contact details you provide to us when you sign up for an Account with us, which may include via telephone, SMS text message or email. Health And Safety

Our sessions involve physical activity, and we recommend that you seek medical advice before attending or participating in a session.

For your own safety and the safety of others we rely on you using our facilities and premises and participating in our sessions in the intended manner and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes your confirmation that you will do so, that you will comply with our reasonable instructions in relation to your attendance at our premises or participation in a session and that you agree to the content of our Health and Safety Statement, a copy of which you can view here.

If You Are New to Reformer Pilates

We encourage that you attend beginner classes to start with. During these classes we give you as much information as possible for you to do the movements well, we will assist with correction as you go, so that you can get the most out of your sessions, and we also explain safety points.

Consequently, you need to take responsibility for your own body and self and not do any exercises which do not feel right, or your doctor, consultant, GP, physio, or other medical professionals have told you not to do. The most important thing is that you listen to your body to know which level you should be working at, and we can make sure that it is appropriate for you. If you are unsure, something does not feel right, or you are in pain, please ask your instructor to avoid potential injury, we are here to help you and communicate with each other.

Your instructors are fully trained in the equipment and know how to use it. You will be shown all pieces of equipment so that you feel comfortable on them and ready to move on to the next level classes.

The Paperwork Part

We ask everyone to fill out a new client ‘health questionnaire form’ within the booking form with Bookwhen.

If you are pre- or post-natal, we have a separate form that we ask you to fill in, which covers more medical screening information within the booking form with Bookwhen.

If you are worried about where this data goes you can look at our privacy policy.

When we create your profile on your Account on the Bookwhen booking site we add you to our contact list for marketing and newsletters. This is because we send out class content which will help you progress, and we also send important service updates. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.

Coming To Your Session

Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the session start time.

Out of consideration for the instructor, other participants, and for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class, please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you will not be able to attend the session. In such situations you will be deemed to be “late”. (See more information in Section 7, ‘Lateness Policy’).

We ask that everyone removes outdoor shoes and wears socks on the Reformer equipment. We do have socks you can buy which are non-slip, these can be purchased in the studio.

Please wear clothes that you can move in, no restrictive clothing, and please be aware that zips and metal clasps can damage the equipment and upholstery.

If you attend your class, we will assume that you have read and understood all our terms and conditions.

All sessions and instructors are subject to change from time to time, even after you have booked. We will let you know about any changes as soon as we can, either via email or SMS text message.

Access to our premises, sessions, and any other services we may supply from time to time is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse you access to any of the same, or to suspend or otherwise terminate your account if:
